Please contact me to discuss my current fees and appointment schedule. In certain cases, depending on an individual’s income, I may be able to offer a reduced fee.
Insurance
I am an Anthem Blue Cross provider, if you have another PPO or POS insurance plan, and/or have a Flexible Savings Account, I can provide you with a statement that you can submit for reimbursement.
Payment
Cash and check are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
You must notify me at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment that you cannot come otherwise you are responsible for paying the full cost of the session.
